IMPORTANT NOTES
- All rates are in US Dollars per person.
- Single Supplement: 80% surcharge.
- Solo travelers are allowed to book a Twin Ocean View Cabin on sharing basis. The cabin will be shared with another traveler of the same sex.
- Child discount: 20% of net rate. Only applicable for one child under 12 years of age travelling with two full paying pax. Not applicable for discounted cruises.
- Children of all ages are accepted on board but parents are held fully responsible and liable for their children during the entire cruise.
- Peak season rates apply to all departures between: Dec 21- Jan 5, 2021
- All rates are subject to change in the event of local tax increases or circumstances that are beyond our control.
- The cruise itinerary is subject to change at any time due circumstances that are beyond our control.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- When booking your Galapagos flights directly, the free shuttle service to Quito or Guayaquil airport is not included. Please note that if your flight arrives earlier to Galapagos, you will have to wait at the airport, until the other travelers arrive. If your Galapagos flight arrives later, additional transport costs may be applicable to reach the yacht. The same policy counts for your return flight to Quito or Guayaquil. Please note that any missed excursions cannot be claimed when booking your own flights.
- We guarantee air space when booking 45 days or more prior to departure. If you book less than 45 days prior to departure or if you require a different arrival or departure flight than the official start or end date of your cruise, the flight confirmation will be subject to availability and the rate could vary.
- All personal flight booking details can be received max until 35 days prior to departure and should include first name and surname(as mentioned in passport), flight dates and flight route ( start/ end in Quito and/or Guayaquil). Please note that if we not receive the flight details in time, we will have to release our allotment with the airline and flight space will be subject to aviability again and the rate could vary. Please note as well that any change in names, date and year of birth, flight dates and/or flight routes, once we hace received your flight booking details, will be subject to a penalty fee. Penalty fee amounts are subject to airline policies and will be confimed at the moment of requesting a change.
- Child discount 20% of net rate. Only applicable for children less than 11 years and 9 months old at the moment of travelling. To apply for a chils discount you have to send us the date and year of birth of the child together with the order flight booking details as specified above.
- Quito free shuttle pick ups can be at any hotel or lodging within the following areas: Historical Centre, Mariscal neighbourhood, La Floresta and La Carolina Park area. Guayaquil free shuttle pick ups can be at any hotel or lodging within the following areas: Guayaquil Centre, las Peñas/ Santa Ana port or Guayaquil Airport area.
- Please note that flight rates are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
CRUISE INCLUDES
- Accommodations on board in a cabin with a private bathroom
- All meals, water, coffee, and tea
- All excursions mentioned in the itinerary (itinerary subject to change) with an English-speaking naturalist guide
- Shared bus transfer to the airport in Quito or Guayaquil *departure transfer only (included only if the flight to the Galápagos was booked through us on our scheduled cruise departure dates)
